1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 775taya platform in any capacity.

2 Acceptance of Terms

775taya reserves the right to request proof of age and eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any Real Money Balance may be subject to regulatory hold pending verification.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 775taya platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to:

You agree to notify 775taya immediately through the official support channel if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 775taya reserves the right to suspend access to an account while a security investigation is conducted.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, 775taya is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests and periodically during the account lifecycle. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC purposes include:

• UMID (SSS or GSIS)

6 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 775taya are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The platform does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, Maya, your bank) may apply their own service charges which are outside 775taya's control.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered under your own verified name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account is in a name different from the registered account holder — are not accepted and will be returned where technically feasible. Where a return is not technically feasible, the funds will be held pending investigation.

775taya reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, to change available deposit methods, and to request additional verification before crediting unusually large deposits to a player's account balance.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that are: (a) registered in the verified name of the account holder, and (b) the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or an alternative verified personal account subject to 775taya's withdrawal policy.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows, subject to KYC verification status and payment provider processing schedules:

• GCash and Maya: Typically processed within minutes to a few hours during business hours.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank): Typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Winnings derived solely from Bonus Balance that has not yet met its applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only Real Money Balance and fully unlocked bonus-derived winnings are withdrawable.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

9 Game Rules and Fair Play

Nothing in these Terms limits 775taya's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of the dispute resolution process.
